Renaud Electric and Communications, Inc. is committed to ensuring that our employees do not work in an environment that is unsanitary, hazardous, or dangerous to their employees health or safety. Our employees are instructed on the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to the work environment in order to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to injury or illness.

Using safety and health training programs provided by the OSHA Training Institute Education Center and Keene State College, as well as with Contractor’s Risk Management (CRM), and the Central Massachusetts Safety Council we provide our employees with the knowledge of a safe and healthy workplace as well as how to be in compliance with all state, national and OSHA regulations. Everyone of our field employess has completed the OSHA 10 hour course mandated by the state of Massachusetts.

We pride ourselves on having one the most effective safety and health programs in the electrical contracting field. With the construction industry becoming more geared towards health and safety we feel like we have established a good reputation throughout the construction community. For the year 2005 we received awards from Construction Industries Compensation Corporation (CICC) for Zero Lost Time Claims and Best Loss Ratio.
